Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

We provide professional mobile automotive services, which require scheduled time, travel, and preparation. Please review the policy below before booking.

Mobile Service & Labor

Once a mobile service has been performed, labor charges are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Maintenance services

  • Inspections

  • Diagnostic services

  • Any labor already completed on-site

Mobile services involve time, travel, and setup, which cannot be recovered once work begins.

Trip / Travel Fees

  • Trip or mobile service fees are non-refundable once the technician has arrived at the scheduled location.

  • If service cannot be completed due to vehicle condition, accessibility issues, or undisclosed problems, the trip fee will still apply.

Parts & Materials

  • New, unused parts purchased specifically for your vehicle may be eligible for a refund if returned in original, unused condition, subject to supplier return policies.

  • Installed or used parts are non-refundable.

  • Any supplier restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Inspections & Diagnostic Services

Inspection and diagnostic services are time- and expertise-based. No refunds are provided for these services, regardless of repair outcome or customer decisions following the inspection.

Customer Responsibilities (Mobile Service)

To ensure service can be completed:

  • The vehicle must be accessible, safely parked, and on a suitable surface.

  • The customer must disclose any known issues that may affect service.

  • If service cannot be completed due to unsafe conditions, lack of access, or incorrect information, labor and trip fees remain non-refundable.

Satisfaction & Workmanship Concerns

If you believe there is an issue directly related to our workmanship:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of service completion.

  • We will review the concern and, if applicable, make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions

  • Issues unrelated to the service performed

  • Declined recommendations

  • Normal wear and tear

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or inaccessible vehicles may be charged the full trip fee and/or a service fee.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original form of payment and processed within a reasonable timeframe.
